Impounded Vehicle Release

1. Per Wisconsin Statue we can only release vehicle impounded or towed by law enforcement to the registered owner.

2. A valid, photo government-issued ID is required for all releases.  

3. We must have proof of ownership to release a vehicle. A title (in the vehicle owners name) or a copy of the registration will work to obtain a release. We will allow you access to your vehicle to retreive proof of ownership documentation.

4. All charges must be paid for in full. We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Card and cardholder must be present at time of transaction.

5. Vehicle will be released Monday–Friday from 9am to 5pm and by appointment on Saturday from 10am to 1pm.  Vehicle can be released at anytime for a fee.
